Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your session!

Virtual styling consultation
Ahead of your photoshoot, we’ll have a virtual consult to break the ice and plan out each look we'll be shooting. We'll establish a clear vision together and go into your shoot with full confidence to capture your best light!
03.
The day of
On the day of your shoot, we’ll meet up at the location of the session. We’ll talk for a bit while I set up my camera and make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can jump straight into it and capture some stellar shots.
04.
Gallery delivery
After the shoot, I'll send you an online proof gallery to select the photos you'd like to have retouched. The final retouched photos will be ready and delivered to you within 7 business days of your selection.

What is the difference between casting headshots and lifestyle portraits?
Casting headshots are photos that capture your essence and showcase your castable types to casting directors, agents, and other industry professionals. Lifestyle portraits are photos that showcase your personality shining in natural settings and can be used for various purposes, such as IMDb marketing, modelling portfolios, social media, personal prints, celebrating milestones, etc.
What should I wear for my photoshoot?
During your virtual consultation, we'll choose your outfit for each look together. I'll also send you a brief of suggested options to prepare ahead of your consult.
How do I prep for a photoshoot?
1. Pack all your outfits discussed during our virtual styling consult, along with any essential grooming and styling tools (hair brush, hairspray, razor, moisturizer, lip balm, etc.) you may need during your shoot.
2. Get a good night's rest the night before your shoot. Being well-rested will help you look and feel your best.
3. Arrive with well-moisturized skin and lips, makeup done (if applicable) and clean styled hair; camera-ready.
What's the turnaround time for receiving retouched photos?
Retouched images will be delivered 7 business days after your selection is finalized.
Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduled sessions requested prior to 72 hours before shoot date will be honoured with no added fees. Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of shoot date will be honoured with a $35 rescheduling fee. Kelly Lee reserves the right to limit rescheduling of sessions to no more than 2 occurrences. A third reschedule will not be granted, and Kelly Lee reserves the right to terminate the shoot and retain all rescheduling fees as it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer. Any deposits made towards the session fee will be refunded. In the case of rescheduling initiated by the photographer, no rescheduling fees will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of shoot date are not eligible for a refund. All funds will be retained. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before session date are eligible for a partial refund: a $75 fee will be retained as collateral and the remaining funds of the shoot will be returned to the client. No-shows at shoot location without advanced notice made to the photographer will have all funds from session retained and no rescheduling options made available to the client.
Can I gift a session to someone special?
Yes, of course! Just shoot me a message and I'll prepare a gift certificate for your special someone for the package purchased.
